To drive our platform development, we are looking for a CI and Test Engineer to join our growing team in our quest to produce high quality medical device software. You will become part of a dynamic group of innovators, shaping the future of imaging in healthcare.

Your role with us

In your role, you will be supporting our software development teams in two ways: You will be administrating, maintaining and evolving our CI infrastructure to keep up with the demands of a growing team, making sure that reliability and availability of our CI is never compromised.

You will also take ownership of testing our software product by planning and carrying out test regimes, thoroughly documenting outcomes for developers, product owners and regulatory purposes. You will be collaborating with the development teams to inform the necessary updates to the software to address any issues uncovered and drive the automation of tests where possible.

The infrastructure you will take care of consists of state of the art server hardware, equipped the necessary compute power and storage capacity. Our software developers work on a modern tech stack using C++20 and GPGPU programming, CMake and package management.

What you offer

Trained as system administrator with know how on Linux and Windows.

Knowledge about using and configuring containerized applications with Docker.

Junior level knowledge about software development using C++ and associated tools (CMake, git, ideall also Conan and gdb).

Knowledge about software testing methodologies.

At least user-level knowledge about working with GitLab, ideally experience in administrating a GitLab instance.

BS in computer science is a plus.

Experience with server hardware is a plus.

Background in software development for medical devices is a plus.

Hands-on mindset and creativity for problem-solving within multi-disciplinary teams.

Strong work ethics with a team-oriented mindset. Startup experience is a plus.

Open-minded personality and excellent communication skills in English are essential, German is a plus.
