EXPERT CLINICAL IMAGE DATA MANAGER (M/W/D)

To drive our platform development, we are looking for an Expert Clinical Image Data Manager to join our growing team in our quest to produce high quality medical device software. You will become part of a dynamic group of innovators, shaping the future of imaging in healthcare.
Your role with us
As a Clinical Image Data Manager, you will be responsible for our continuously growing clinical image data that is acquired in different clinical studies and includes advanced 3D and 4D cardiac ultrasound images and standard CT data among others. You will be involved all the way from collecting the data from clinical partners, data curation, classification, and storage, as well as processing of the data and selection of relevant data for supporting our development activities. Moreover, you will coordinate the labeling process with our DL engineers and external labelling partners to obtain high-quality labeled image data for training of our AI models. Additional tasks include the extension of our data curation tool and processing scripts, image quality improvements, curating preclinical data of porcine specimens, as well as support of the team for validation of AI models.
What you offer
You love working with image data and have excellent organizational skills and a conscientious working method.
• BSc (or MSc) degree in life sciences or in a technical discipline (e.g., compute science)
• Demonstrated experience with data curation and handling of large amounts of image data
• Experience with medical image data (knowledge of human cardiac anatomy is a plus)
• Knowledge of automation using scripts (e.g., bash, Python)
• Experience with data bases and Excel is a plus
• Experience with 3D and 4D image data and ultrasound images is a plus
• Experience with Linux and compute clusters is a plus
• Hands-on mindset with problem-solving skills and great attention to detail also while multitasking
• Good communication skills in English
• Ability to professionally interact with external partners (labelling services, clinics)
• Strong work ethics with a team-oriented mindset
